Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing: All orders will be processed within 2–4 business days after successful payment. We do not ship on weekends and official holidays.
2. Delivery Time: Standard shipping to US, UK, Canada needs 7–20 working days. Other countries take 10–25 business days based on logistics arrangement.
3. Tracking Number: Once your package departs warehouse, we will send tracking code to your registered email for real-time shipment check.
4. Customs & Duty: Import tax or customs fee is on buyers’ side as per local country regulation, we do not cover extra customs cost.
