Return & Refund Policy
1. Return Window: Customers can apply return within 30 calendar days after goods delivery date.
2. Item Condition: Return items must keep unused, original tag & package intact, no wear, stain or damage. Used items will be rejected for refund.
3. Shipping Cost for Return: Buyer bears return shipping expense unless we ship wrong size/wrong item or goods arrive damaged.
4. Refund Process: After we receive and inspect returned products, full payment will be refunded to original payment account within 5–7 working days.
